Draft Black Country Plan consultation dates

The Cabinets for each of the four Black Country councils have approved the Draft Black Country Plan for consultation. 

The formal consultation will start on the 16th August and run for eight weeks to 11th October 2021.

Once you have entered your email address a verification code will be emailed to you to complete your registration.  Once you have registered you will receive details of all Black Country Plan consultations.

Publication of evidence - The four Black Country local authorities have published additional evidence (May 2021) which will be used to inform the preparation of the Draft Black Country Plan. You can view this evidence, plus a summary of each evidence base and frequently asked questions, on the Black Country Plan website here.

Revised Black Country Plan timetable - Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Black Country Plan timetable has been revised. Consultation is an important part of the Local Plan review process and will now take place in summer 2021. The updated timetable can be viewed here.
