Revised Black Country Plan timetable - Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Black Country Plan timetable has been revised. Consultation is an important part of the Local Plan review process and will now take place in summer 2021. The updated timetable can be viewed here.
Call for sites - The delayed timetable of the Black Country Plan provides us with another opportunity to identify potential sites for development. We are especially keen to ensure that we identify as much land as possible for assessment, particularly within urban areas.
The call for sites will therefore reopen for a six week period from 9 July until 20 August 2020. If you wish to make a site submission please see details here.
Publication of evidence - The four Black Country local authorities have published additional evidence which will be used to inform the preparation of the Draft Black Country Plan. You can view this evidence, plus a summary of each evidence base and frequently asked questions, on the Black Country Plan website here.
